After teaching as an Assistant Professor at the University in Darmstadt, Germany

and Graduation in Inorganic Chemistry  and Process Engineering, 

Dr.-Ing. Gerhard Beysel joined Linde Engineering in 1978,

where he held various positions in process design of ASUs, New Application of

Air Gases Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon and Rare Gases, Sales and Business Development

in Pressure Swing Adsorption- and Cryogenic Air Separation Technology.

The development and marketing of Mega ASUs for new applications such as

Enhanced Oil Refinery (EOR), Oxyfuel Process for CO2 free Energy Production and

Gas To Liquid (GTL) Technology became one of his important tasks, which got him

the position as Key Account Manager for important Linde clients

such as Vattenfall, NPC and Shell.

  The last 20 years his focus has been on projects and cooperation with clients in the Middle East 

  in the fields of Petrochemie, Steel- and non Ferrous Industry and Medical- and Industrial Gases.

  Since 2016 and after retirement from Linde he is active as an independent consultant and advisor to the

  Industry and clients in the above fields.
